Office Administrator – Finance Support – Full‑time | 13‑Month Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)
Location: Markham ON
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000
Our Business Management Team plays an integral role in supporting project delivery and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations. Through strong coordination and collaboration, this team supports both our internal staff and our clients’ success.
We are seeking an Office Administrator – Finance Support to join our team on a full‑time, 13‑month contract. This role is well suited to a recent graduate or early‑career professional who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a professional, service‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications (Required) :
- Post‑secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Office Administration
- New graduates and early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Word and Outlook, and a working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong editing and formatting skills, with the ability to review documentation for compliance with internal standards
- Basic understanding of administrative finance processes, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (training and support provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while coordinating effectively with colleagues and external contact
Additional Bonus Variables (Not required, but good to have):
- Co‑op, internship, or student placement experience
- Exposure to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or invoice preparation
- Experience in a small business or consulting environment
- Experience supporting monthly financial reporting or financial documentation
- Experience with general office operations or HR administrative support
