Intermediate Consulting Field Arborist
Full-Time | Markham |Hybrid| Current Opening
Salary: $70,000- $83,000
Our Intermediate Consulting Field Arborists bring solid technical expertise and practical field experience to every project, supporting team members and clients through high‑quality, defensible work.
We are seeking an Intermediate Consulting Field Arborist—a technical professional who thrives in the field, enjoys bringing the pieces of a project together, and values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration. You are a strong team player with an eye for detail and a desire to continue growing within a consulting environment.
Qualifications:
- ISA Certified Arborist.
- 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or office environment, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3–5 years of arboricultural field experience conducting tree inventories, with the ability to identify most trees common to southern and central Ontario.
- Experience with municipal tree protection by‑laws and provincial regulations related to endangered species.
- Experience developing Tree Inventory Preservation Plans and contributing to Arborist Reports.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Class G Driver’s License and personal vehicle
Additional Bonus Variables (Not required, but good to have):
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
