Beacon Environmental has expertise in all aspects of the natural environment or natural sciences component of transportation studies, and has provided these services for many municipal and provincial roads projects, as well as for public transit infrastructure development. These studies have included both preliminary and detailed designs for new roads, road improvements or realignments, bridges, and transit terminals.

Beacon Environmental also has in-depth expertise in the development and implementation of wildlife management plans for airports, including related training courses. For these projects we typically collaborate with our subsidiary, SMS Aviation Safety, whose focus is on developing customized Safety Management Systems for airports.
